I met Joyce via web search for 55+ active adult communities in the Woodstock area of Atlanta, GA. She responded immediately and began focusing in on possible homes that might be of interest to me. While I was still a resident of Woodway, TX, and unable to come to Atlanta until my home sold (which was accomplished in less that one week), Joyce kept me informed on new construction as well as other homes for sale in my targeted area. She was thoroughly prepared and previewed every home so that upon my arrival we immediately began our search, and I was able to write a contract to buy a home under construction on the second day of my search. Joyce was an invaluable asset in communicating with the sales rep and construction manager on site while I returned to Texas to prepare to move. All of the closing activity was monitored by Joyce so I never felt I was out of touch with what was needed by me.

When I was looking for a place I provided a list of needs. He did very well at bringing options to the front to fit those needs. But in particular he suggested a different area I didn’t consider, and I ended up picking the area he suggested because I really liked it. He was very attentive throughout the entire process and stayed in contact with the sellers trying to work with them on my behalf when they became difficult. We had several challenges that we faced but he helped get it through. I’m happy to have worked with him and would use him again.
