My experience with Caroline is a positive one. She helped me search for homes about two years prior to me being able to purchase one. She sat with me, talked to me, ate with me and let me choose what I thought was best while catering to the established needs for me determined by my family. She is a kind and generous person and anyone who has her as a real estate agent is lucky. Thank you Caroline.

Caroline exceeded my expectations as she promoted my townhouse on the market. Her creative staging made my townhouse have a comforting feel of home. She scheduled an Open House with other sales agents in the community which resulted in several interested parties visiting the location. She provided good representation of my townhouse with the photos she posted on the web. She is skilled with handling the technology pieces and provided outstanding personal assistance for me when my technology skills fell short. Caroline was professional in every aspect for promoting the sale of my townhouse. I highly recommend Mrs. Colonna.

Caroline was amazing and the hardest working agent we have ever had (13 sales / purchases over the last several decades). Communication and guidance from her was great every step of the way. She helped us stage the house beautifully when we put the house on the market, and came up with several creative ideas to help improve some of the weak spots in the house we were selling. When it came time to buy, she found many houses for us to choose from and quickly understood what we liked and didn’t like. Upon the signing of our contract on the new house, she worked tirelessly on our behalf, including dealing with a sometimes difficult agent and seller, all the while making sure all was fair and in our best interest. If you are an empty-nester like us and looking to downsize, or a brand new first time buyer, or anywhere in between, do yourself a favor and reach out to Caroline Colonna. You won’t regret it.
