And not only as it related to finding our dream home but her warmth and dedication is unmatched. We Loved, loved, loved working with her. She went far and beyond: First she educated us on the process of buying/ selling this help a ton when it came to the stresses of the process. Then she sold our home at top value (In the middle of the pandemic - make sure to follow all her recommendations they work!). Then to the many searches she patiently drove us to, then finding our dream home and sharing her contractors to help us remodel the new home. And finally we ended up with an awesome friendship! I have done multiple deals with Donna. With this last deal, she was able to get me the highest price for a home sold in the community. She kept everyone on task to ensure that we closed on the scheduled date. When a name mismatch came up on the title search, she utilized all of her resources even contacting her attorney and the title company from the original sale. Let's say that this deal could have easily not closed had it not been for Donna. Some people may believe that Realtors are a formality of the process. I'm here to tell you that is definitely not the case with Donna. Had it not been for her tenacity, experience, contacts, and knowledge of the process, I would still be holding the property trying to figure out my next move.
