When my other family member decided that they wanted to sell their home they used Juayita for the sale of their house, they again used her for that, and she was great for the help and marketing that she did for them . I decided that I would sell my home and I remembered about Juayita because of the great job that she did with the aid of my family member so I called her and she was very great to to speak to and helped with the price point to sell the property. She kept me informed all the way through the process and brought many clients to see the home.The pictures that she had taken were outstanding and and very good quality. Juayita was always just a phone call away and would answer all of the questions that I had and would address any concerns that I had.The marketing of the house once again was great . I would not hesitate to use her again for any home buying or selling that I may do in the future. Juayita knows what steps need to be done and is very good at the job she does.She also has a great personallity and easy to talk to.
