Working with Jim was an absolutely wonderful experience for our family. From the very beginning, he took the time to truly understand not only what we were looking for in a home, but also the unique needs of our son. That level of care and attention meant everything to us. He was incredibly patient, thoughtful, and intentional in helping us find a home that would be the right fit for our family’s lifestyle. Whether it was considering layout, environment, or overall comfort, he always kept our son’s needs at the forefront of every showing and recommendation. Throughout the entire process, Jim was responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable, and we always felt like we had someone truly advocating for our family. What stood out the most was his genuine compassion and understanding. It never felt like just a transaction—he truly cared about helping us find a home where our family, especially our son, could feel safe, comfortable, and happy. We are so grateful for his dedication and would highly recommend Jim Vivian to anyone, especially families who may have specific or unique needs. You will be in the best hands.

Recently we moved to Macon and needed to sell our property in Habersham County. Evelyn helped us determining a Price based on the market. She also helped us decide what needed to be done to help the property sell, and once we had offers, helped us decide on which one to take. We appreciated her knowledge and experience.

April and Cameron exceeded our expectations as realtors. After a disappointing experience with our first realtor, we felt uncertain as first-time home buyers. April and Cameron guided us through the process, ensuring our understanding and satisfaction at every step. Their honesty and commitment helped us find our ideal family home. April created a comfortable environment for asking questions, regardless of their complexity. We're grateful for their support and expertise. Even now, I feel confident approaching April with any real estate queries. Their assistance has been invaluable throughout this journey.
