She gave me an appraisal with good comps and paper work in a timely manner . In short order she also found us a very good renter . Last month we decided to sell the house and again Mrs. Beal came through with flying colors as the selling agent . Paper work and closing was completed without a hitch . As we live out of state that was a blessing !! We have been very happy with the service that Mrs. Beal provided ! ????

Scott helped us sell our house. He gave us tips and names of Companies that could help us prepare the house for sale. We had 2 open houses. Scott gave us frequent updates on neighborhood properties for sale and prospective buyers that viewed our house.
