Claire is very knowledge about the real estate in the area. She was always willing to work around our schedule since we were coming from out of state. Even after the final sale date she was still working with us on some final items in our new home. This was by far the best experience we had in purchasing a home. We hired Dylan to sell our house. One of parents was dying, and we needed to leave quickly. Dylan handled EVERYTHING. The estate sale. Cleaning out what was left over. Minor repairs. All in addition to the usual stuff. We decided on a price relative to another house in our neighborhood. Given the way the market is slowing down, it didn't sell quickly. We lowered the price once and received a good deal -- about $15k more than what other realtors had quoted us. I would definitely recommend Dylan as a realtor.
