Michelle Ivester is an agent that has been through ups and downs of real estate. She is very spot on when it comes to the market. We have sold 3 homes and purchased 2 homes with her. If we did not move out of state we would have been on our third home purchase with her as well. Bill has gone out of his way to make sure we understood all the details of selling. We work odd hours and he always showed up to meet us or speak with us no matter the hour or day(even on Sunday.) He was extremely knowledgeable of the market and was very patient with us, as we had many stipulations that he was very understanding of. He informed us at least twice a week on the market and the views the property was receiving. One call and we were able to hand all over to him with no worries. We sold for asking price and was only required to meet day of sell, he handled every aspect and it was fast and without any issues. We will always call Bill in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for an agent. I can’t stress enough how easy Bill made this process for us! Mal is awesome! We started looking for our first home 6 months ago and Mal was with us every step of the way. Calling us to notify us of new listings, telling us the truth on houses that were not worth our money and there were times that I emailed him at 6pm on a weekday asking if we could see a house I found the following day and he would call me and say I can meet you there in 30 min if you wanna see it right now. He is great we found our dream home and closed on it a few days ago and he has still kept in touch to make sure we’re doing good. Highly recommend!!!
