This is the best home purchase experience I have had thus far. I am so very thankful for Ms. Darby. Upon my request, she chimed in with her expertise in other ares of my home purchase, for which I needed some guidance. She displayed empathy where appropriate (with acknowledgement and condolences card), as the seller’s spouse passed mid-transaction. Closing day was also the buyer’s birthday, which Ms. Darby acknowledged appropriately as well. Ms. Darby was very personable. I actually saw Ms. Darby taking on responsibilities of the seller’s realtor, where the seller’s realtor was lagging. I would not hesitate to refer Ms. Darby to all my family and friends. Again, this experience far exceeded my expectations.

Jill was AMAZING!!!! She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect house. She is knowledgeable, helpful, honest, kind and so fun! Her bubbly personality and sweet heart made us love her instantly. She makes you feel so comfortable and gives you time/ space to look but also gives great insight. She was so easy to work with and SO great at communicating. We truly could not have asked for a better agent! We are so thankful to have had Jill. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
