Where do I begin, I first met Teresa eight months ago when, I found a listing online that I liked. She met me at the location and showed me the house and advise me of its flaws. For the next month, I reached out to her multiple times to look at some other houses. She told me she had a friend that was selling her house and she thought we would love it. She was correct. At 9 o’clock at night, she drove with us up to the house and showed us the property. This is where it all began. My house was a contingent sale on the other homeowners. Teresa put in unknown amount of painstaking hours between, sending me documents for me to sign (multiple times) to spending hours at an auction trying to figure out what was going on with the contingent property. She put in many more painstaking hours drafting up more paperwork for me to sign. This process went on for six months, but Teresa did not give up on me. She kept pushing through with a positive attitude and assuring me that she will make it happen. Even on the day of our closing, I had to throw her one last curve ball and what did she do? She hit it out of the park. I can now say she is more than a realtor to me, I do consider her one of my friends. I hope this review gets out to people so they can also see how awesome of a person Teresa is. Update after closing, to show you that she cares about you more then any other realtor does, she bought us a custom door mat with our last name on it and flowers to plant. She is just an amazing person!!! Thank you for everything you have done for my fiancé and I.

Scott helped us sell our house. He gave us tips and names of Companies that could help us prepare the house for sale. We had 2 open houses. Scott gave us frequent updates on neighborhood properties for sale and prospective buyers that viewed our house. Scott helped us prepare for the closing and attended the sell with us. we would highly recommend Scott.

Mrs. Terri was great to work with. She had our backs on every step of the process and our best interest in the process. She always responded in a reasonable amount of time and went above and beyond to get a great price for our home. If we ever have to look into the housing market again we will be sure to use her.

Gina Sharma was an excellent agent. The whole process was tough but she kept her calm and push through to make the sale happen. I don't think I would have the cool calm and professionalism she displayed going through that long length of time this took.

Ralph was very helpful in reviewing the purchase agreement and in making suggestions for addendum. He was accessible and responsive. He was very open to answering any questions and consulting us accordingly.

Karen was a pleasure to work with, she took time to understand what we were looking for and where we were looking. She found us several wonderful home to select from.

When we made the decision to list our home for sale, it was comforting knowing we were listing with Susan Winter, and that she had our best interest as a priority. Susan worked diligently with us to list our house for a price that would help us achieve our goal. Susan was always professional, courteous, and we never had to worry about being misinformed on anything. We were always notified immediately when a showing was requested, when potential buyers had questions, offers were made, etc. The entire experience was so pleasant, and without the professionalism of Susan, we couldn't have accomplished our goal.
