Denise has an overwhelming encouraging personality. When I was ready to throw and towel and rent, she encouraged me by showing my benefits of renting vs buying. She had the upmost patience with my indecisiveness in choosing the perfect home for me. She listened to my wants and needs in a home and sought out those that fit. She knew the market very well...she knew about interest rates, she knew about how the market swings, she knew what every document was, she knew and understood exactly what was required or requested of me, and, she 'quided' me through the entire process; she taught me, she answered every question I asked, she pushed to get me everything I asked for or needed that was in my best interest; she even knew about 'timelines' of getting things submitted. Deidra was very patient when I had questions, concerns, or anxieties about the process, or, when I would change my mind about what I wanted or didn't want, yet, she did not 'push'!
