Tripp is a fabulous realtor. He responded to emails and texts immediately, regardless of the time of day. Our elderly loved one lives 3,000 miles away and was not mentally ready to sell her house. He was patient with us and very kind and loving, as he was raised by his grandmother. Selling a home can be very difficult when you live far away and you are coming in to town to go through the house to figure out what to take to the assisted living and what to sell. We got a contract on the house within 5 days of listing the property and most importantly, he helped us negotiate back and forth- something we've done before, but don't do every day.
