We do a lot of deals, so we've dealt with plenty of agents over the years, and Tracia is one of the good ones. She represented the buyer on this one, but she made the whole thing easy for everyone, including us on the selling side. From the first call to closing, she was quick to respond and always knew exactly where things stood. What stood out was how smooth she kept it even though we were on opposite sides of the deal. She stayed organized, communicated clearly with everybody, and kept things moving without any of the back and forth that usually slows a deal down. She does what she says she's going to do, when she says she'll do it, and that made closing painless for both sides. If you're a buyer looking for an agent who's sharp, easy to work with, and actually gets deals done, Tracia is your person. Even sitting across the table from her, she earned our respect and a spot on our short list. Can't recommend her enough.

Very Knowledgeable and displays concern for her Clients
