We interview three agents to list and sell our home intending that our selecting an agent would be more business than emotional based. From the first interview until closing we can honestly say Kim proved to be above and beyond what we were expecting. From day one she made us feel comfortable with her "know how" on how this would go. Everything she had prepared us for happened there were no surprises. We even went through a couple of very unreasonable potential buyers and she was a steadfast and competent advisor to us and because of that, in the end, there was a bidding "war" for our home. She had suggested a higher price for the listing than we were thinking but she backed her reasoning up with facts. Turns out she was right from beginning to end of the process. BTW not only did we form a strong business relationship with her but her integrity, honesty, charm and can do spirit put her in a friend category. We were lucky to have found her and I have a sneakin suspicion anyone that selects her will be just as lucky.

We were new to the area. Pam spend 8 hours a day on Saturdays and Sundays with us for weeks, as well as some weekday viewings. Her knowledge of traffic and schools was key. Always not time and answered calls and texts promptly. Highly recommend doing business with Pam, I will be using her from now on.

I have known Kevin for years. I wanted a realtor that knew the area,was professional and had all the skills needed to sell our home. He was the first person I thought of. He was the agent for the purchase of our home, the sale and for others properties we have sold. He works diligently for his clients, is a extremely nice,honest and kind man. I highly recommend him.
