Shaletha is the type of realtor you’d want to have when purchasing! She keeps her clients’ best interest at the forefront and will help any buyer, whether first time or more seasoned, get to closing with understanding of the process every step of the way. She is a problem solver and an amazing relationship builder. These are two key attributes a realtor should have. Being an investor herself, she was also helpful in providing tips and navigating buying my triplex. I will absolutely work with her for my future purchases. I highly recommend, Shaletha!

Amy and Steve were both such a reliable and trustworthy agents. They worked well as a team, and made us feel 100% comfortable and supported throughout the process. As first time home buyers, we did not know what to except or how any of the processes worked - Amy and Steve were there every step of the way to advise, assist, and assure us. Ultimately, we ended up with our absolute dream home and could never have done it without Amy and Steve. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market and the area. Especially during the 2022 real estate market, having a great agent was critical for buyers and Steve and Amy were just that. We are so grateful for their expertise and support, and the way that they truly went above and beyond for us throughout the entire process made a lasting impact on us. I cannot recommend using them enough!!!
