Bill has gone out of his way to make sure we understood all the details of selling. We work odd hours and he always showed up to meet us or speak with us no matter the hour or day(even on Sunday.) He was extremely knowledgeable of the market and was very patient with us, as we had many stipulations that he was very understanding of. He informed us at least twice a week on the market and the views the property was receiving. One call and we were able to hand all over to him with no worries. We sold for asking price and was only required to meet day of sell, he handled every aspect and it was fast and without any issues. We will always call Bill in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for an agent. I can’t stress enough how easy Bill made this process for us! Paul was very attentive to my wife and I home buying needs. Paul only selected homes that meet our needs. Every home met all our criteria and he never once pushed us into homes that did not meet our criteria. He was very patient, would provide his expert opinion on homes, pointing out good and bad features of a home. COVID -19 hit early in the process which slowed our home purchasing process. Again Paul continued to stay in touch, provided us regular digital updates and always available to show us properties of interest. We never felt Paul was pushing us or rushing us into a decision to buy a home.
