Rachel Sirlin is by far, the most competent and responsive Real Estate agent I've worked with when buying or selling my home! From day one, Rachel gave me honest and upfront feedback on what improvements and staging should be done to my home to maximum the sales price. Within days of signing with Rachel, she had her photographer take amazing photos of my home and posted the listing. Within 8 days, I had multiple offers/bidding war, and accepted an offer above the asking the price. Rachel was very flexible and accommodating with home showings, especially since I work from home...and I was always given ample time to prepare. Rachel fought for every dollar during the negotiations and made selling my home a breeze, including the closing process! Lee Ann is seriously the best real estate agent in the entire Atlanta area. Thanks to her guidance, we were able to make the right minor remodels to our home to sell our house for tens of thousands of dollar more than we were originally hoping for when first deciding to sell. She handled all of the logistics of listing, staging, showing, and negotiating our home. We hardly had to do anything! - She goes the extra mile. There were many times when we had to get something done to the house (cleaning, remodel, etc) and Lee Ann helped us coordinate those services. How many real estate agents do that?!
