My wife and I decided on a lifestyle change and was looking to sell our townhome. We decided to interview Joel, among other agents, based on his reviews and his familarity with our area. Our home got an offer, for asking price (a new record for our type unit in the neighborhood) in less than a week. He helped throughout by giving us solid advice during the process. He advised us on what to do with inspection results and what the buyer was asking for. When the appraisal came back lower than the offer on the home, Joel came back to us saying our home was worth the asking price compared to other tomehomes. We trusted Joel and the seller upped to meet where we wanted. I told Joel we trusted his advice which is not easy for me to do but I truly felt that way and it worked out better for us than we could have imagined. Go with Joel and you won't be disappointed.
