Very efficient and hard working in order to get your house sold. Keep people interested and looking. He always kept us informed and gave us information that we needed to know

Working with Ken was the best decision I could have made. He worked well past the initial signing of the contract and made sure the house I purchased was ready for me to move in to. He ironed out any wrinkles that showed up and remained persistent to keep everything moving forward to help me get to closing. I will not hesitate to use him in the future and will recommend him to everyone I know. 5 stars aren’t enough, but I can’t give any more.

Ken got us a great deal on our new home! He was helpful and extremely patient throughout the search process, and made it so easy to put in an offer, negotiate, and purchase, as he did so much work behind the scenes. He really took care of us, and when it came time to be hard-nosed about a deal, he worked some magic and made it happen. Will always be grateful to him for his part in our first home. Don't think twice, list or buy with Ken Price!!
