I was referred to Randi through a mutual friend when I wanted to rent out my condo. Randi was on top of it from day one. (Also knew when someone was trying to pull a fast one ;) ). Always keeping me up to date on potential renters, answered any of my concerns and always returned phone calls and e-mails. If repairs were needed she handled everything. I had the best tenants for over 8 years with Randi as the managing agent. I thanked her for that. Randi was also the selling agent when I recently sold my condo and I can't be more thankful to her. She's always professional, on time and gets the job done while always in contact with me. I would definitely use her again!!!

It was an awesome experience working with Mike Price and his team. Mike helped me understand the process of selling the house and analysis of the market. Before we met Tori we had a horrible experience with our previous agent and when we met Tori she was like a breath of fresh air. She was very professional and knowledgeable with everything and if there was something she didn’t know she got back to us right away with the right answer. She communicated very well and kept us in the loop with everything. Our relationship with her felt like she was apart of the family. She truly had our best interest at heart with everything. She didn’t rush us or try to change our mind or convince us to do anything other than what we wanted to do. She supported us while heartedly. She was very patient with us. She was always available via phone, text or email. I never had to wait long for a return response from her. She has even followed up with us a few times after we closed to make sure we were good and to see if we needed anything. I can go on and on about how great she is. Let’s just say this, we have NOTHING bad to say about her. Our whole experience with her was very satisfying and I would highly recommend her to anyone that is in need of a real estate agent. My husband talk to her first and he told me “oh you have to talk to her, I want her as our agent”, so when I talk to her for the first time I was like YES! She’s the one!
