I was recommended Pam Saunders to sell my house. She took time to come to my new house and meet with me, she brought the comps for the area and explained it to me. The property to be sold was a rental with tenants, she reviewed the contract and explained how to get out of it. Once the house was ready for the market listing she explained the process and kept me updated on the comps in the area. She kept me encouraged as the showing were turning up no offers. We got an offer and she held our hand through the process and was there at the closing. Pam was patient, professional, funny and kind. I love Pam
