Raquel has handled one purchase transaction and two sales transactions for us. In each case, she always conducted herself in a highly professional manner. On the purchase transactions, she showed us properties that were well suited for our needs. She did not waste our time but taking us to places that she knew would not be acceptable to us. Her local knowledge unlocked true value by knowing that the developer would absorb the first year's homeowners association fees which resulted in a savings of over $20,000. On the sales transactions, Raquel'smarketing efforts were first rate and she took the time to put together excellent materials. When offers came in, she demonstrated a keen negotiating skills. Raquel has an innate sense for knowing where she can push the negotiations and where she should ease off. Communications during the sales process were excellent. We received the optimal price and terms combination in both transactions. I can highly recommend Raquel to any prospective buyer or seller. She will work hard for you and you will not be disappointed.
