Tyler was great in terms of helping me set up and navigate the sale of my property in Midtown Atlanta as a first time seller. When I first reached out, he helped me with setting up the sale and provided a lot of comps to help me determine an starting price and negotiation strategy. The photos also looked great. Throughout the process, he kept me updated on the market generally and the Atlanta market specifically. He kept me updated on the performance of comparable properties so that I could adjust as needed. When it came time to negotiate, he provided some levers we could adjust to help get the most out of the property - suffice to say, he helped me protect my interests and he brought the expertise of his firm to guide me secure the deal.

This was my first ever attempt at selling a house and much like the buying process I expected way more road blocks than I encountered. Temeka kept me abreast of everything and carefully walked me through the process. I honestly don't know how I would have survived without her, she is a God send and I would recommend her highly.
