We were so impressed that we did not even bother to interview any other real estate agents. She was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. She laid out and effectively explained all options that Mark Spain offered. We opted for the traditional sale. Within 2 days of the listing we had more hits than we anticipated. Ms. Renfroe was on top of all appointments and worked tirelessly to make our very swift offer a reality. While I believe she has potential and a good attitude, they would benefit from building more experience and networking with more professional service providers. For buyers looking for a seamless and smooth process, I would suggest considering these aspects before making a decision. Overall, she is dedicated and personable, but with some areas that need improvement. I hope to see them grow and refine their skills in the future.
