Meaning, she was listening to us and not trying to make the "NEXT SALE" As a first time buyer, we needed the confidence patience and the EXPERIENCE, Mrs Leslie checked all. We GREATLY APPRECIATE her time, for every house we looked at she in listening to us knew if it was worth our time to go see. For every house we went to see she either knew the area/neighborhood to offer feedback if it the property would fit our ideal needs. I don't normally write reviews, but the level of service and commitment we received from Konnie Yoakum was outstanding. She helped us through the difficult transition of relocating from DC to the Atlanta Metro area. Konnie began working for us before we ever knew we were moving for certain. She continued to stay with us through the 5 months it took us to sell up there, and buy down here. I should also note, Konnie's negotiation skills are 2nd to none. You would be hard pressed to find a better realtor, who can offer the same level of personal service. IF we ever decide to sell our beautiful home, Konnie will be the agent selling it.
