After a VERY RUFF and disappointing experience, we had to seek another agent. We were referred to Mrs Leslie. From the first meeting, she made it her business to get to know us personally. Meaning, she was listening to us and not trying to make the "NEXT SALE" As a first time buyer, we needed the confidence patience and the EXPERIENCE, Mrs Leslie checked all. We GREATLY APPRECIATE her time, for every house we looked at she in listening to us knew if it was worth our time to go see. For every house we went to see she either knew the area/neighborhood to offer feedback if it the property would fit our ideal needs. We personally have known Robin for many years. She is not only an outstanding realtor but also family to us. She is just the person you want on your team looking for your next home or selling adventure. She will be by your side from day 1 to day 99 or how ever long your home selling /buying journey is. Then still be there after it is all over. Great with communication, negotiation and all aspects you look for in a realtor.

I recently worked with this Agent to buy a home, and while there were some positives, there were also a few challenges that impacted my overall experience. Firstly, she is friendly and approachable, which made the initial stages of home hunting pleasant. They were always willing to show me various properties and were quite responsive to my calls and emails, which I appreciated. However, it became apparent that she is relatively new to the real estate industry. This lack of experience showed in a few critical areas. The lender recommended were not very professional or reliable. There were delays in communication. As far as the inspector recommended, I felt their inspections were not thorough enough, leading to some unexpected issues after moving in. While I believe she has potential and a good attitude, they would benefit from building more experience and networking with more professional service providers. For buyers looking for a seamless and smooth process, I would suggest considering these aspects before making a decision. Overall, she is dedicated and personable, but with some areas that need improvement. I hope to see them grow and refine their skills in the future.

Annmarie was superb. She professionally guided us through a complicated real estate process that at times required great patience and resourcefulness. Annmarie has an excellent mastery of the online contract system which made this a much easier experience. She was always reachable and quick to respond. We would recommend Annmarie to anyone.
