We utilized a great program called Homeward, which allowed us to buy our new home with cash before selling our old one. Although we didn’t use Homeward’s loan option and instead found a local loan expert who offered superior rates, the Homeward program itself was a game-changer. The lender recommended were not very professional or reliable. There were delays in communication. As far as the inspector recommended, I felt their inspections were not thorough enough, leading to some unexpected issues after moving in. While I believe she has potential and a good attitude, they would benefit from building more experience and networking with more professional service providers. For buyers looking for a seamless and smooth process, I would suggest considering these aspects before making a decision. Overall, she is dedicated and personable, but with some areas that need improvement. I hope to see them grow and refine their skills in the future.
