Earlier this year we decided that our family needed a reset which included a move to Georgia. We were referred to Mrs.Kellye Rose to help us find the perfect home in Gwinnett County. Kellye listened to our requirements and quickly found properties for us to see within a 48 hour window. Kellye structured the viewing of the homes in a smart and strategic manner. She scheduled the viewings to provide adequate time to see multiple properties during specific blocks of time with breaks in between which reduced the likelihood of beginning overwhelmed. I recently worked with this Agent to buy a home, and while there were some positives, there were also a few challenges that impacted my overall experience. Firstly, she is friendly and approachable, which made the initial stages of home hunting pleasant. They were always willing to show me various properties and were quite responsive to my calls and emails, which I appreciated. However, it became apparent that she is relatively new to the real estate industry. This lack of experience showed in a few critical areas. The lender recommended were not very professional or reliable. There were delays in communication. As far as the inspector recommended, I felt their inspections were not thorough enough, leading to some unexpected issues after moving in. While I believe she has potential and a good attitude, they would benefit from building more experience and networking with more professional service providers. For buyers looking for a seamless and smooth process, I would suggest considering these aspects before making a decision. Overall, she is dedicated and personable, but with some areas that need improvement. I hope to see them grow and refine their skills in the future.
