She is smart, communicative, knowledgeable, and cares how her clients are treated outside of the real estate transaction ( vendors, lenders, etc.). I felt guided but not pushed- supported but free to explore- safe but competitive in this insane market. She had an incredible team with her that never let me miss an opportunity to see a house. She is prepared and get's things DONE, all while being extremely lovely to be around as a person! As a first time home buyer, she really made me feel impowered. She is great. Bought a house in downtown Woodstock area and, given this crazy market, it was a somewhat trying experience (shall we say) - but luckily for me Carrie did all the heavy lifting, all the checking up, the scheduling, always had good advice, inspired patience when I felt like mine was running out - basically, she did everything - and now I have a great home. 10/10 would absolutely use and recommend again.

When it came time to sell a home I’d lived in for nearly 30 years, Thomas was extremely helpful! Although my home was structurally very sound, it was in need of freshening up for sale. Thomas was able to make several suggestions (some I followed, a couple I didn’t). He had access to resources through his company which I was clueless about:, such as a professional post- move cleaner, where and how to dispose of Stuff In The Basement! After the move, he was able to recommend a plumber for a minor faucet repair prior which turned up during the new buyer’s home inspection.
