I don't normally write reviews, but the level of service and commitment we received from Konnie Yoakum was outstanding. She helped us through the difficult transition of relocating from DC to the Atlanta Metro area. Konnie began working for us before we ever knew we were moving for certain. She continued to stay with us through the 5 months it took us to sell up there, and buy down here. I should also note, Konnie's negotiation skills are 2nd to none. You would be hard pressed to find a better realtor, who can offer the same level of personal service. IF we ever decide to sell our beautiful home, Konnie will be the agent selling it.

Kim Nable came to help us late in our home search, when we were feeling very discouraged. She took over and with her positivity and efficiency, helped us find the perfect home in record time! She is knowledgeable, friendly, and on top of things. You can’t go wrong with Kim!

We were assigned to Max through my new employer's partnered relocation company, and we could not have been randomly paired with a better realtor. With us not being familiar with the area to begin with, Max was able to quickly and effectively work out our desired qualities in a home and the area it would be in, and began suggesting properties to look at. We went under contract on an initial property, but unfortunately the inspection came back with some major issues we did not want to proceed with, and Max helped us every step of the way with clear communication. Once we found the perfect property, he professionally handled every step up through closing without hiccups.
