Jim did an amazing job helping us buy our first home! We were not only first time homebuyers but had also just moved to Atlanta the year prior. We learned so much about different neighborhoods and their histories while going to see houses with Jim. He spent a lot of time getting to know us, our needs, and our desires for a house. We ended up finding just the right house for us, but it was bittersweet because it meant no more weekends house hunting with Jim! Highly recommend Jim; we hope to work with him again in the future!
