She wanted to ensure we were NOT rushed into a house that was not right for us. After two months, when we did not get the home of our choice, we felt the time pressure as our kids needed to start school on time. She had come prepared, having explored temporary rentals in our preferred school district. 3)She is an expert in negotiations, always has the best interest of her clients, and is NOT motivated by commissions. Not only did she stand up for us in challenging times, which involved getting into tricky situations with contracts, but there were two specific examples when we were willing to go out on a limb to get a home in the heated market.
