His ability to spot issues, negotiate with sellers and make things happen has to be the best in the industry. He even helped us spray the home for bugs after my with spotted a dead water bug. I really can’t say enough about him. It was a true pleasure working with him and his connections run deep throughout the industry. If you are buying your first home or simply new to the area Marcell is the one you want to work with. I’m already excited about selling the home down the line so we can work with him again. Teneshia was awesome right from the start. We told her what we wanted and she delivered. She is very knowledge about the market and guided us through step by step. From the preapproval process all the way down to finding a handyman to help with repairs she was in it!
