I don't normally write reviews, but the level of service and commitment we received from Konnie Yoakum was outstanding. She helped us through the difficult transition of relocating from DC to the Atlanta Metro area. Konnie began working for us before we ever knew we were moving for certain. She continued to stay with us through the 5 months it took us to sell up there, and buy down here. I should also note, Konnie's negotiation skills are 2nd to none. You would be hard pressed to find a better realtor, who can offer the same level of personal service. IF we ever decide to sell our beautiful home, Konnie will be the agent selling it.

Kimberly is very professional, thorough, and awesome at what she does! She assisted me with selling my house and I was able to focus on preparing to move, while she took care of every other detail. She comes highly recommended, whether you're looking to purchase and home or sell a home.

Elisabeth Yeager and her team at Homes and Farms Real Estate were exemplary in every step of the way. Townhouse was listed and sold in just over a month. Elisabeth was extraordinary in her above and beyond kindness and expertise. aTotally awesome from start to finish!

I must say Tina was awesome!! We didn’t expect to sell our property as quick as we did. From making sure she had the pertinent info on sales/comps in our area, to posting it in all the right places. I would highly recommend her if your selling or buying. She is actually looking for our new forever home now!!! Thanks for everything Tina!!!!

Ask Monica anything, she’s got you!

Donnie was very professional, knowledge, and personable. We renovated the house before putting it on the market. He was very generous with his expertise and time in reviewing the property and providing helpful guidance even before we could think about listing it during the renovation, which took longer than anticipated. We received an offer in a short time after the listing went live. Donnie constantly checked with the selling agent and lender on the status throughout the entire process from the time we received the offer until the closing. We felt he went above and beyond to insure that we stayed informed and that the process stayed in track. We highly recommend Donnie Evans.
