It felt like Marcell genuinely wanted us to find the right home. He was always responsive, timely and on top of the whole process. Even with our busy schedules Marcell was able to take us to go see houses for times that worked for both me and my wife. His ability to spot issues, negotiate with sellers and make things happen has to be the best in the industry. He even helped us spray the home for bugs after my with spotted a dead water bug. I really can’t say enough about him. It was a true pleasure working with him and his connections run deep throughout the industry. If you are buying your first home or simply new to the area Marcell is the one you want to work with. I’m already excited about selling the home down the line so we can work with him again.
