This allowed me to keep the financing we had secured and not lose the house we put an offer in on. From then on, everything went smoothly. I made a 60.65% profit on a home I owned for 3 short years! We bought a dream home and Shelly worked out all of my concerns as they arose with the seller in a very professional manner. The experience could not have felt better to me.
