Tonya took on the task of helping us sell our parent’s home after their deaths. This was a very emotional experience for us to go through and because we lived and worked out of town, there were logistical difficulties for us to deal with as well. Tonya was there every step of the way. She was always available to listen to our concerns and answer our questions no matter how big or small they were. She never failed to offer the professional advice we needed, but more importantly, she provided it in a caring and supportive manner always taking our feelings into consideration. Everything she said we could expect was spot on even down to the timeline of when she thought it would go under contract. Once we went under contract, she kept us informed every step of the way and made the process very easy. I highly recommend Tonya to anyone searching for an honest, caring, and professional realtor. This was my first ever attempt at selling a house and much like the buying process I expected way more road blocks than I encountered. Temeka kept me abreast of everything and carefully walked me through the process. I honestly don't know how I would have survived without her, she is a God send and I would recommend her highly.

Bill has gone out of his way to make sure we understood all the details of selling. We work odd hours and he always showed up to meet us or speak with us no matter the hour or day(even on Sunday.) He was extremely knowledgeable of the market and was very patient with us, as we had many stipulations that he was very understanding of. He informed us at least twice a week on the market and the views the property was receiving. One call and we were able to hand all over to him with no worries. We sold for asking price and was only required to meet day of sell, he handled every aspect and it was fast and without any issues. We will always call Bill in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for an agent. I can’t stress enough how easy Bill made this process for us! We are very grateful to him and thankful of him going above and beyond what was required. 10/10
