Paul was very attentive to my wife and I home buying needs. Paul only selected homes that meet our needs. Every home met all our criteria and he never once pushed us into homes that did not meet our criteria. He was very patient, would provide his expert opinion on homes, pointing out good and bad features of a home. COVID -19 hit early in the process which slowed our home purchasing process. Again Paul continued to stay in touch, provided us regular digital updates and always available to show us properties of interest. We never felt Paul was pushing us or rushing us into a decision to buy a home. He was very supportive of us taking our time and purchasing the right home for us Paul was the utmost professional and we would highly recommend using Paul for your home purchasing and selling needs.

Jack & Carol sold my home at the end of March! They also assisted me with my new home purchase. I can't thank them enough from start to finish. Jack is knowledgeable, empathetic, I appreciate his patience and excitement for me They are the DREAM team.

I am so grateful to have worked with Aurielle. My wife and I couldn't have asked for more out of an agent. The experience from start to finish was excellent and seamless. Aurielle was very patient with us as we looked for OUR first home together. I expected buying a home to be a lot worse but thanks to Aurielle she made our biggest goal come to life very quickly. So Aurielle thank you for everything you helped us with and all of your time you invested into our first family home. We are looking forward to working with you again in the future.

I came to Joshua with a specific wish list for a property within targeted locations. He was extremely knowledgeable of the local market in order to ensure I made the best decision possible. He was able to navigate a challenging negotiation process with a firm and professional approach. I will definitely contact Joshua for any future purchases!
