Angela is the consummate real estate professional. Over 4 years she managed my property rental, secured tenants and renewals, and finally sold the property in Jan 2016. She is responsive and thorough, managing many types of situations: - Placement - Lease renewals - Planned property improvements - Emergency maintenance request - Contracts with e-Signatures - Annual accounting summary Upon selling the property, Angela again managed everything end-to-end, as my wife and I were not able to travel back to Atlanta for the closing. She secured a fair and fast deal; working across multiple potential buyers with professionalism and ease to negotiate a best offer. Having someone so reliable, dependable, responsive, and trustworthy goes beyond words. I wholeheartedly recommend Angela and her firm. - Gregg Wallace, Atlanta resident 2005-2008, Wharton MBA '2010; 28 March 2016
