Caitlyn was extremely patient with this first time home buyer! She answered all my questions and if she didn’t know the answers, she did her best to find out. Caitlyn was extremely easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner. She did some excellent negotiating and was very knowledgeable, especially during the inspection process. She even left me with a list of people to call if I need any work done in my new home. Wonderful job, Caitlyn!! Thank you for finding the perfect fit for me!

When we decided to dip our toe into a residence search (which quickly turned into a full blown, multi neighborhood search), we were so fortunate that Tonya was at the end of our first inquiry. From the very first tour, she exhibited the three most important Ps that we look for in an agent: professionalism, passion, and PATIENCE! Tonya proactively searched for and honed the criteria for our perfect property as she got to know us, prioritized viewings for our schedule, negotiated expertly on our behalf, and became a trusted advisor and friend in the process. We look forward to working with Tonya again on future projects and highly recommend anyone partner with her for their home buying journey.
