Worked hard and communicated all aspects of the transaction in a timely and easy to understand manner. Very pleased.

We were assigned to Max through my new employer's partnered relocation company, and we could not have been randomly paired with a better realtor. With us not being familiar with the area to begin with, Max was able to quickly and effectively work out our desired qualities in a home and the area it would be in, and began suggesting properties to look at. We went under contract on an initial property, but unfortunately the inspection came back with some major issues we did not want to proceed with, and Max helped us every step of the way with clear communication. Once we found the perfect property, he professionally handled every step up through closing without hiccups. Max, thank you so much for your hard work and dedication and especially the gift you gave us at closing. We cannot wait to visit the park! We wish you the best in your successes because you really earned this one! I will be recommending you to everyone I can. -Dylan

My experience was made easy by the knowledge, patience and communication skills of this agent.

I worked with Kristen for nearly two years as a first-time homebuyer searching for the perfect property. After our initial tours, we refined my search criteria, which paid off when a top option became available. Kristen scheduled a tour within 24 hours, and from there we moved all the way to closing in under 30 days. She provided clear guidance on negotiations, strong market insights, and consistently answered countless questions and texts in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend working with Kristen in the search for your perfect home, condo, or investment property!
