I really enjoyed working with Miss Gentry when meeting with and discussing the possibility selling my property. She got the property listed and sold in what I considered a very short time. She explained all the details involved with selling the property. I was very pleased to have her as my agent.

As far as the inspector recommended, I felt their inspections were not thorough enough, leading to some unexpected issues after moving in. While I believe she has potential and a good attitude, they would benefit from building more experience and networking with more professional service providers. For buyers looking for a seamless and smooth process, I would suggest considering these aspects before making a decision. Overall, she is dedicated and personable, but with some areas that need improvement. I hope to see them grow and refine their skills in the future.
