We utilized a great program called Homeward, which allowed us to buy our new home with cash before selling our old one. Although we didn’t use Homeward’s loan option and instead found a local loan expert who offered superior rates, the Homeward program itself was a game-changer. Working with Sasha was an excellent experience. I started out five years ago looking at just blank land and she showed me several beautiful pieces of property but some of them either didn't work or out a budget. And as time went on my disabilities started to catch up plans changed. Once again she started showing me property would houses and being a picky customer😆 she stuck with me. Just a little note thrown in here I worked with probably for other realtors before Sasha They did not have the drive that Sasha had to help me find my final house. Also this is my first time ever purchasing property and a house.
