Gene was referred to me by another satisfied client in the selling of their home. Gene was extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of the process of selling my home. He went above and beyond his agreement to sell my home by meeting vendors for repairs after I moved to another state. Gene is trustworthy and surpassed my expectation. He's the one for me!

Hands down, Susan Fitzgerald is THE top of her profession for very good reason. She is an expert at her trade. This top notch professional often burns midnight oil and works seemingly tirelessly every day. She is extremely professional and incredibly knowledgeable about not only property and real estate laws, but also home construction and architectural design. Basically, she knows what sells and what doesn’t. Her advice is golden and her persona is so gracious as she works her magic in satisfying both seller and buyer. BTW, there is a need for more than 5 stars to sufficiently rate Susan Fitzgerald.

She knew the market and best ways to promote our house. She stayed in touch on a regular basis, making suggestions when we needed to lower the price and worked extremely hard with the buying agent and getting us the best deal..
