After a week, he came back with a sale price that was well under the values I had found in my research. I started researching other agents in the area and found Joe Stockdale. Joe was able to list the house, recommend modest repairs, and find a buyer within about a week. As with most property sales, there were rocky points, but Joe was on top of them. I know I wasn’t his only client, but he responded to my concerns quickly and concisely. And even more impressive because I am in a time zone with a 3-hour difference. Hands down, Susan Fitzgerald is THE top of her profession for very good reason. She is an expert at her trade. This top notch professional often burns midnight oil and works seemingly tirelessly every day. She is extremely professional and incredibly knowledgeable about not only property and real estate laws, but also home construction and architectural design. Basically, she knows what sells and what doesn’t. Her advice is golden and her persona is so gracious as she works her magic in satisfying both seller and buyer.
