Bikel was great!!! She was ALWAYS available, no matter the time. She stayed ahead of all deadlines and submitted all required documentation. I was buying my first home, and I am blessed to have her as my agent. Everyone she selected for service (lawyers, inspectors, appraiser, loan agent, etc.) was just as knowledgeable and they got things done in a timely manner.
