Amanda is a soft spoken Georgia Bell that goes hard for you and get you the house you want. She will send you 50 houses a day and then say, ok let's go take a look at them. She comes with fact, details and honest opinions. She will find you that hard to find house with all your most haves. I highly recommend her.

I recently worked with this Agent to buy a home, and while there were some positives, there were also a few challenges that impacted my overall experience. Firstly, she is friendly and approachable, which made the initial stages of home hunting pleasant. They were always willing to show me various properties and were quite responsive to my calls and emails, which I appreciated. However, it became apparent that she is relatively new to the real estate industry. This lack of experience showed in a few critical areas. The lender recommended were not very professional or reliable. There were delays in communication. As far as the inspector recommended, I felt their inspections were not thorough enough, leading to some unexpected issues after moving in. While I believe she has potential and a good attitude, they would benefit from building more experience and networking with more professional service providers. For buyers looking for a seamless and smooth process, I would suggest considering these aspects before making a decision. Overall, she is dedicated and personable, but with some areas that need improvement. I hope to see them grow and refine their skills in the future.

Working with Sasha was an excellent experience. I started out five years ago looking at just blank land and she showed me several beautiful pieces of property but some of them either didn't work or out a budget. And as time went on my disabilities started to catch up plans changed. Once again she started showing me property would houses and being a picky customer😆 she stuck with me. Just a little note thrown in here I worked with probably for other realtors before Sasha They did not have the drive that Sasha had to help me find my final house. Also this is my first time ever purchasing property and a house.
