Mr. Cooke was excellent throughout the entire selling process. He was very prompt, knowledgeable and kept in constant contact with me to ensure that the sale of my home was complete without missing a step. This is everything that I look for in an agent and I will definitely use him when I purchase my next home.

If my husband and I could do it all again, we would choose Jimmie to be our realtor. From day one, he guided us through the process of both selling and buying a new home. Jimmie was extremely knowledgeable of the housing market, had a very patient demeanor while looking at potential homes, and was extremely prompt in answering our questions and calls. He puts 110% into his clients and often went the extra mile in meeting our needs. Jimmie is also a very personable man and made us feel very comfortable and reassured. We were very pleased in selling our home and buying our new one within two days of each other. We highly recommend this man in getting the job done. Jimmie is dependable and competent to meet all of your real estate needs. If your looking for a laid-back, RELIABLE agent, Jimmie is your man!
