Working with Keith Nitsch was hands down the best decision we made during our home buying journey. We looked at what felt like 50 houses, and not once did Keith lose patience or try to rush us. We both work full time, and he consistently went above and beyond—spending late nights and giving up his weekends just to make sure we could see every home we were interested in. We even revisited multiple homes several times, and through a couple deals falling through (through no fault of ours), Keith stayed positive, motivated, and committed to helping us find the right one. When we finally found our dream home, everything moved faster than expected and the closing process was smooth from start to finish. On top of that, I trusted Keith to list the home I was moving out of. I originally thought his recommended price was too high, but I went with his advice—and I’m so glad I did. We were assigned to Max through my new employer's partnered relocation company, and we could not have been randomly paired with a better realtor.
