I needed to relocate for work and was a bit anxious due to being on a time crunch. The first time I met Stephanie, she immediately put my mind at ease. She listened to my concerns and helped me formulate a plan to get my house listed and sold before my deadline. She and her team made the process so easy and painless. She is knowledgeable and professional. She connected me with vendors to assist me with preparing the home to sell. She answered all my questions and negotiated a quick sale on my behalf. I walked away with everything I asked for. I’m very grateful for her expertise and support during the sale of my home. I highly recommend Stephanie if you want a professional home selling or buying experience!

The Shanee experience was awesome. She constantly fought us (the client) during the entire process. She walked with us the entire way. She responded to all of our questions. She always made us feel like we were her #1 client. Professional and extremely courteous
